Seven reasons why I love it:

1.  The brooding 90s alt-rock music.  ”Showering with an undersized sponge makes me feel….so….jaded.  Why do I exist?  Should I pursue a graduate degree?!”

2.  The portly, bear-hairy star of the commercial.  That shower-fall is SO convincing!  And look at his face.  Showering is SERIOUS BUSINESS, dudes.

3.  Unintentionally hilarious animated WordArt.  ”Bottom” and “Between your legs” zooming in and out of the shot is supposed to dance around the racy idea of washing one’s genitals, but I think it makes it even more snicker-inducing.

4.  Perfectly manicured French tips sensually fondling and massaging the long, thick bath tool.  Mmm hmm, yes, that’s right.  

5.  Moldy sock face + big red X!!!!  The HORROR!!

6.  The Foot Scrubber also kind of looks anatomical..if you know what I mean.  Which makes the foot-ramming a bit disturbing to us ladies…if you know what I mean.  Shock value aside, it’s still really funny….just, um, sort of scary-funny.

7.  The American flag and eagle.  Colbert would be proud.

Oh, and this product is pretty sweet too….as are the shower-shades.
