SO feeling this song right now!!!! On many many levels.
Britney, I love you. ”You say I’m crazy? I GOT your crazy!” is priceless, and I totally identify. (Sorry, Brit’s official YouTube site won’t let me embed the video.)

I totally lifted this collection from Entertainment Weekly mag, but I think more people need to appreciate how moldable this song is. It’s just a testament to how expertly written certain pop songs are, even if they come across as sweet, empty calories.
I LOVE taking a song and totally twisting it feel-wise, vox-wise, and genre-wise. It’s great to do the old gender-switch, too (as in singing a song originally performed by the opposite gender), which makes for all kinds of provocative new lyrical connotations.
All-American Rejects’ take, featuring actual crazy eyes, whooping cheers, and skinny jeans. Love Tyson Ritter’s androgynous look and gender-bending lyric-play. Who might he be singing to?
Lily Allen gets all passive-aggressive with it. She’s, like, so bored already.
This one by LadyHawke actually makes me a little teary. Let’s dance around a bonfire of burning Valentine’s Day cards to it.
